Conservatory Furniture

As well as the house being refurbished, each room in the house has been redecorated to a high standard and all the furniture and furnishings in the house replaced. We ask that you take care of all of the furniture and furnishings in the house as any damage will be charged to your when leaving.

The house is furnished with pretty much everything that you could need or want, however if you would like anything specific please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accomodate you. During the summer we ensure that there are enough sun loungers available for everyone staying and also we have both a gas and coal BBQ available for you so that you can choose whichever you prefer.

The conservatory furniture can be used within the house and also within the garden, however please do not take it away from the patio area as it could damage the furniture. Please do not leave the furniture outside in poor weather and if the furniture is not being used, please cover it with the supplied covers so as to protect it from the sun.

Conservatory Lighting

While in the conservatory, you may not need to use the lights as it is usually very bright in there. However if you are in the house over winter or want to use the conservatory at night time, there is conservatory lighting fitted which is controlled from the main control panel when you first enter the house. It is often easy to forget to turn these lights off or to realise they are on during the day so please double check the lights when they have been used to make sure that they are turned off when not in use.
